Take a test: If you had bleeding at the expected time on your birth control pills then this is normal. Pills of not affect the bladder. If you are concerned about nipples then schedule an examination. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
