Vagisil: Could be fungal infection. Try over the counter anti fungal cream for 5-10 days. If does not resolve, call your obstetrician/gynecologist or your family MD.

Need apt to Dx: You will need to seek medical care to make the Dx. Then samples of the discharge will be taken and the correct Dx made. DO NOT use any OTC vaginal products prior to going for the apt as this will obscure the possibility of a correct Dx at that visit.
