Be Careful: Natural Method only works in women with regular cycles. Day 1 to 7 and Day 21 to Day 28 of a regular 28 day cycle is safe. Failure rate is high as most women will experience an unusual different cycle sometimes and will get an unexpected pregnancy. Failure rate as high as 30% is experienced with this method.

Infertile days: The egg can be fertilized up to 1 day after ovulation, so buy an ovulation kit can help. Once ovulation occurs, wait for 3 days before sex. Sionce sperm can live up to 4-5 days inside the uterus, avoid sex 5 days before ovulation. This method works only for women with regular cycles and predictable ovulation. If no ovulation is detected by kit, it's much better to use a form of contraception.
