Been told i'm miscarrying, have had very achy pains in my lower abdomen all day. is this the beginning? what signs to look for when it starts?

Miscarriage: If you are in your early weeks of pregnancy, you may experience heavy bleeding for a few days, with the passage of some clots or tissue. You may have cramping that may be severe at times, or mild. If you have bleeding that is more than 1 pad an hour, or severe pain not relieved with NSAIDs, you should report to your local emergency department.
