My dog bit, me pretty hard, it hurt a lot, but there isn't any blood, only slightly raised redness. should i be concerned?

Maybe: A dog like a human has a lot of germs on his teeth. If the bite broke the skin it need to be checked out and possibly receive a tetanus shot. If it did not break the skin then just keep the wound clean and. If the wound gets worse go to urgent care to check it out.

If: No broken skin you should not have to worry about infection. Treat with NSAIDs and local care. If any changes to the area occur. See your doctor. My concern is why you were bitten by your dog
