Vulvitis.: Miconazole is not working. Probably something else causing this not the yeast infection. Stop miconazole . You may have some sort of irritation from chemicals in the feminine hygiene products such as douches, vaginal spray ,sops, bubble bath , perfumed toilet paper. See your doctor for an examination and testing of urine and vaginal discharge to rule out std or a bacterial infection.
