Pregnancy: Recheck urine and if negative do blood HCG which is more sensitive.If both negative and no period in 1 week would redo the tests and consider ultrasound

Possibly: Try testing a few days after your missed period. Is still,negative have a pregnancy blood test from your doctor.

Repeat test: Most home pregnancy tests are very accurate a week after your menses should have started. Repeat the test now or in a few days. If any doubt or significant concern get a blood test for confirmation. Good luck.
