Why do i have stomach knots and cramping with odd feeling in my ovaries ? and white discharge but not a terrible smell

Infection: You may not have an odor, but if you are having discharge and abdominal pain I would be concerned about infection. You should get checked.

Infection? PID?: There r different types of infections, not just yeast, that can cause vaginal itching. If the infection spreads, it can affect the uterus (endometritis) or the fallopian tubes (salpingitis). If both r infected, or if it is severe, it is called PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) b/c of severe inflammation. See a gynecologist, & get discharge tested for bacteria & yeast. That will guide treatment.
