Don't feel guilty: Please believe me and/or ask your OBGYN or our Dr. Gerard M. Honore here. Orgasm in early pregnancy can only precipitate voiding of a badly implanted egg that would not have come to term anyway. Have some good consults w/ your OBGYN and you partner so you can all understand how to handle this delicate issue w/ confidence and comfort. I know you feel at risk, so it's important, but orgasm's okay.
