Typical finding: This is a typical finding on a mammogram. Of course discuss this with your doctor. I would also suggest limiting the amount of caffeine you consume. It contributes to dense and sore breast.

This is not: considered to be dense breasts as defined by the American College of Radiology BIRADS classification. It is normal, it is not a risk factor for cancer. There is no follow up or additional imaging necessary. It is standard terminology for describing a low level of breast density. Do not worry about it.

Not necessary.: Your breast tissue density on mammography of 25-50% is not considered "dense". Women with dense tissue density on mammography (greater than 50%) which slightly elevates the risk of breast cancer and, more importantly, makes it harder to detect cancer are advised to have a discussion with their doctors about further imaging options.

It is normal: Your description does not imply any concerns provided that there were no other significant findings, Having said that I still suggest to see your doctor for a clinical breast exam and medical review of your mammogram report to assure your breast condition is satisfactory.
