See your physician: There are lots of reasons for pain in this area, related to musculoskeletal issues more often than to problems inside the abdomen. Have your physician evaluate it. All of the problems I can conjure up are readily treatable.

It may not be relate: You could have an ovarian cyst, but there may be no connection with your lack of periods or the pain. Sorry but you need to see a Doctor, have an ultrasound and exam, maybe some hormone tests as well.
