See below: As always when your period is late, you need to know if you might be pregnant. If you have been sexually active, obtain a pregnancy test from a pharmacy, run it and be sure. If that is not the answer, then see your gynecologist for an evaluation.

Pregnancy?: If your periods are usually regular and you are 2 months late, the first concern is a possible pregnancy and I would advise a pregnancy test to find out for sure. If it is positive, this may be a threatened miscarriage.Another possibility is a side effect of your contraceptive. Either way you need to see a doctor to be sure what is going on and get it treated.
