I recommend a test: Maybe. The "pull out" method is notoriously unreliable. Many people have gotten pregnant using this method. Please use condoms in the future as they will protect you from sexually transmitted disease as well. Pregnancy: Yes. Withdrawal is not an effective birth control method because even before orgasm sperm are released in the seminal fluid. Recommend blood HCG and follow up go to doctor /urgent care. If you want to avoid pregnancy use birth control methods, some like implants, Novaring, Depo,IUDs are long term and do not require daily monitoring/care.
