Not recommended: If by "sex" you mean unprotected heterosexual intercourse with ejaculation, I would recommend that you abstain; this is especially true if your STI testing will include a pelvic examination (as opposed to simply blood or urine STI testing). Take care

Things to consider: Having sex the night before would not likely alter the presence of pre-existing STI materials. However, if you are infected you could pass the STI. The testing may not be able to pick up on a new STI ( from the encounter) that has not had time to become established.
