No: The only time a woman can conceive is during the fertile period of the menstrual cycle which is 5days before the ovulation period including the day of ovulation. This varies depending on the length of your menstrual cycle,Usually ovulation takes place 12-16 days before next period. Thick stringy clear vaginal secretion is noted during ovulation.
