My father who is 64 had the whipple surgery 15 years ago and now the pancreas is not doing it's job on the enzymes side how long can he live this way?

It depends...: Usually when the pancreas is not working properly there are meds that can be used as supplements for the enzymes lacking. This needs to be discussed with a gastroenterologist so they can decide what is the best treatment at this time. Best wishes.
