Why did my feet just recently start sweating when they are cold but only at night?

Hyperhidrosis: Sweating is partially for cooling your body. At your age, you may be experiencing more sweating as your body goes through hormonal changes. Some people sweat more than others (hyperhidrosis) on the hands and feet. Also, the sweat may be making you feel 'cold' on your feet. There are over the counter antiperspirants (Drysol, Certain Dry) that may decrease your sweating. If it persists, see dr.
