Fever: Hi, is ur friend a guy or a girl? Any weight loss? Any night sweat? anybody looked for Tuberculosis? Has any work up done for Autoimmune diseases? Any imaging to look for an early abscess formation or a tumor? Any Echocardiogram to look for infection in heart? Blood culture? Thyroid function is ok? Hope ur friend feels better soon.
