? IBD: Obviously, not normal. Sounds like some form of intestinal inflammation - if the discharge and bleeding are anal. Possibilities include ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. You need to call your doctor tomorrow and get an appointment to be seen. You probably will need evaluation by GI service/colorectal surgery or gynecology. Don't put this off - make the call. Good luck ..
