No: Unless ovarian cancer is associated with metastatic disease to bowel causing intermittent intestinal obstruction, this lesion is usually painless. The tumor when it metastasizes goes to omentum and produces ascites where the belly first fills with fluid. Stomach aches are usually associated with gastric problems and may be controlled with antacids or acid inhibitors like Prilosec.
