Speak to teacher: He should be allowed to use the bathroom when he needs to poop. If he continues to withhold a bowel movement it may become a larger problem. He can get a stool impaction in his colon. Explain to him and the teacher together, how important it is for him to exercise his right to go and for the teacher to allow him to go when he has to.
