Yes: Bleeding for 3 months is long enough to cause anemia. You need to be seen very soon, particularly if you have fatigue, light headedness or passing out, shortness of breath or chest pain. Your doctor needs to sort out why you are having continuous bleeding. You may require an ultrasound and a blood transfusion. See your doctor/gynecologist this week.
