Could be yeast: Most vaginal yeast infections have nothing to do with sex. Women can get them from being on antibiotics or wiping herself with a towel or face cloth previously used by by someone with a yeast infection. It can can be transmitted sexually & thus can be considered an STD. Otherwise, does not have an STD.
