Have you noticed: any enlargement as well?. Some women will see a slight enlargement on the pill or during pregnancy. With enlargement of the breast, comes an enlargement of the areola. Darkening of the areola is common with pill as well. Enlargement of the areola without enlargment of the breast is less common
