I recently started a job that requires me to be more active recently i've noticed my ring finger swells when hot and humid, not in cooler weather?

Do you wear a ring?: It could be that the ring is not allowing blood flow or is an irritation. With the hot weather the blood vessels will widen - what we call dilate and thus the vessels can leak and cause swelling. Have your physician evaluate you and hold off wearing the ring if you are wearing one and see if that stops it.
