Had another abd abscess clean out and once again my packing gauze has a very prominent dark green with bright blue drainage, what could cause this?

Hard to say: But certain bacteria, like pseudomonas, can create blue pigmented drainage, so you should review this with the doctor managing your wound. But it's also possible that a chemical being used to help with wound care, being applied topically, could be causing this color too.
