Moles: It really depends on what type of "mole" it is. Some grow with the size of the baby relatively and others like hemangioma grow in size until roughly two years of age and then start to get smaller later on. Please discuss with your pediatrician.

Hemangioma?: it may be hemangioma, which amy grow initially and then slowly go away, they are not dangerous, please show it to pediatrician
