Exertional neck pain: If this discomfort is reliably reproducible with exertion I would talk to a doctor as it may be a sign of early heart disease. It could also be that it is related to your posture or neck movement with walking.

Get checked: lower anterior teeth when unhealthy will drain inferiorly to the gland or soft tissue under the chin. The most common cause is trauma to a lower anterior tooth from either macro or micro trauma like clenching/grinding.
