Overuse injury: I don't think it has anything to do with your masturbation! Most likely, you have been working out without stretching or warming up enough and you have put some strain on your muscles and joints. Take the time to do a good warm-up, stretch a bit, and then stretch a lot after exercise. If you keep having trouble, ask your doctor- you may need to take a break to let a strain heal.
