Pain in belly: Depends. If it occurs during period, can be ligament (ovarian) strain or irritation. fever? May be appendicitis. Get ultrasound.

Pain: If this is new onset it could be associated with a number of things. Sometimes just bowel gas, but for example appendicitis often starts as mid abdominal pain.
