Kegel exercises: Kegel exercises can strenghten the pelvic floor muscles. There are some physical therapists who specialize in exercises for the pelvic muscles and help with both pelvic pain and pelvic weakness. There are also some devices that your doctor can prescribe or recommend which help.Foods and pills don't do this.
