You're fine: If the units are 0.93 mg/dL, then you're fine. Technically, you can lower this value by losing muscle as that is what the test is based on, but obviously that's not desired. Creatinine is not a toxin, it's a surrogate marker of renal function, and an imperfect one at that. It is a value that must be put into the context of the patient rather than stand on its own. Don't worry, you're likely fine.
