Symptoms of bulimia -- is severe dryness or acne a symptom of bulimia?

Not usually: Commonly seen signs in bulimia include a thin build, low heart rate and low blood pressure, fine hair on trunk, swelling in the feet and hands. Purging causes eroded dental enamel from vomiting, scarred/scratched hands from inducing it, esophageal/stomach tears and metabolic problems. Severe dryness and acne are not seen commonly unless there is a coexisting disease process.
