180mg? Really?: 180 mg of lorazepam is a massive overdose, even if taken over a few days. It would still show up in a urine drug test a week later, but frankly I'd expect you to be in an ICU anyway, assuming you were still alive. Are you sure you have the milligrams right?

Something is wrong.: Even those with high tolerance should not be able to ingest that much without requiring assistance to breathe. Severe alcohol withdrawal usually does not require doses that high. Yes. It will show up on a drug test. And why are you having a drug test anyway? I don't want to assume too much, but you may have a very serious problem. It might be best to check yourself into a hospital 4 rehab b42 L8.
