Numbness on right side of my cheek some twitching no other symptoms elsewhere what could it be?

Get checked: Numbness is a symptom that always requires medical attention. First I would check to make sure that your facical nerve is patent with no impingment. Twitching has many causes., some of which are not a big concern. Among the big concerns would the issue of Lyme Disease.
