How does raspberry leaf tea bring labour on and is it dangerous ?

Hi-: My reference book does not show any pregnancy warnings with this tea. From reviewing the sourced that I have in the office I do not see anything that would suggest it would help to bring on labor. Maybe you can find more online.

It doesn't and isn't: Red Raspberry leaf tea MAY help build up Uterine and Pelvic muscle tone, improving the Labor experience. Also, taking the tea in moderation from the 2nd trimester on can provide Vit. C, Vit. B, Vit. B and Magnesium, all essential for pregnant women. Studies have not found this tea to bring Labor on at all. It is not advised to use more than 1 cup/day in the first trimester, if at all. Ask OB.
