Breakthrough Bleed: Breakthrough bleeding can happen commonly with the pill, especially low dose ones. It is a bit unusual IF you have been taking the same pill for 7 years. Call your gynecologist for advice.

Breakthrough: bleeding.Keep taking your pills. This can occur due to hormonal fluctuations, stress, tension, anxiety, cycle changes, illness etc.Keep a menstrual diary and call GYN if this continues over the next few months.
