Thick blood?: I would not accept this diagnosis, but would insist on knowing exactly what's wrong with me. At age 26, polycythemia vera and Waldenstrom's are both very unlikely, and if you have hypercoagulability from some cause (a real misuse of the term "thick blood"), it's not interfering with your erections. Have you been checked for hemochromatosis? Prolactinoma?
