No: If you have continuous birth control which it sounds you have been, there is little to no likelihood of pregnancy. The shot and implants can cause a little more hormonal irregularity.

They say periods stop after about 6 months on Depo. Switched to Depo in the middle of my 4th month of BCPs. No period on placebo after only 1 shot???
