Unlikely: One week after birth is almost certainly unlikley to yield a pregnancy, it's more so possible at the two to three mark. Remember having vaginal intercourse so soon after delivery also isn't ideal. Your body is healing due to changes of the uterus from pregnancy and is at increased risk of infection. Also if you had any tearing of the vagina during delivery, your body needs time to heal.
