See a doctor: It is difficult to accurately assess your problem over the internet. Do you have any fever? Vomitting? How severe is your pain? Your symptoms may simply be a muscle "cramp", or could be indicative of any myriad of pathology such as infection or organ dysfunction. See a doctor in person for a proper evaluation!
