Why a scab?: In order to determine what to do, you need to know why the scab is there. Is it an area you scratched, what was there before the scab? Sudocream has good healing ingredients to soften a scab, but in rare cases could also irritate your skin if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients. I would leave it off and treat the scab with a cool compress twice a day for 15 minutes--and observe response.
