Yes: This can be completely normal. These cycle lengths are in the normal range. If they are irregular however, it would be a good idea to be sure that you are ovulating. Prolonged irregular cycles can be a symptom of PCOS in which case you would not be ovulating regularly.

Oligomenorrhea: Hi, if a cycle is longer than 35 days then it needs evaluation of Thyroid hormones, Sex hormones, Ovarian ultrasound and a pelvic exam. Oligomenorrhea per se is not a serious condition but sometimes it could be the symptom of other problems, please see a Gynecologist for further evaluation. Best of luck.
