Retin-A: Retin-a is a photosensitizer; so prolonged use may increase sensitivity to sun exposure. Temporary hyper or hypopigmentation has been reported with repeated application. "to date, all adverse effects of Retin-A have been reversible upon discontinuance of therapy".
