Rectal fissure: Sometimes direct trauma can cause a tear, or fissure in your rectum. This would cause blood in the stool, and rectal pain. It should go away on its own. If it doesn't, or if you develop fever or worsening bleeding, see your doctor, as there are treatments that can be prescribed. Hope this helps!
