Costochondritis : This can be costochondritis, chest wall and rib cage pain due to inflammation and musculoskeletal origin in the surrounding structures. However, other more serious conditions need to be consider, such as pleurisy due to lung related pathology or angina due to heart related condition. Always contact your physician for further information.
