Hematospermia: 40% of cases are due to infectious causes or inflammation. Other causes include trauma, bleeding disorders, high blood pressure, prostatitis, and even prostate cancer. Most causes are benign and treatable. In general, if it persists after more than 10 ejaculations or over 2 months, it is significant. At your age, however, it would be prudent to see a physician/Urologist ASAP. BP, PSA, exam, cx etc
