Discuss w/prescriber: This is probably not an either/or situation - but you need to clarify it w/ the doctor who prescribed these medications. Make certain that you fully understand the instructions, what to expect, what to report back about and all the info you can obtain on side effects, withdrawal issues interactions w/ other things in your life - etc., etc. These are powerful. Use carefully and keep Dr. informed.
