Unlikely pregnant: unless her period is over due. Cramps after sex may be related to several things, including intestinal, bladder spasms, ovulation, or mild pelvic inflammation or infection. If menses are overdue, please do a pregnancy test. Condoms help protect against both pregnancy and infection: good choice.
