GYN: Get a full GYN exam- you may have psychological issues which require counseling due to lack of orgasmic pleasure, I doubt that you have a 13 year infection- I think what you are seeing is sexual mucous. Lack of orgasmic sensation or pleasure may be related to many factors: consult your GYN.
